  • Located in the secluded coastal village Sapphiretown. Just a short 20 minute drive from Penneshaw Ferry Terminal and 40 minutes from Kingscote Airport, our location offers total privacy, accessible roads with direct access to native bushland and private beach.

  • To preserve the peaceful, adult-focussed nature of the retreat, our properties are not currently suitable for children or pets. This ensures a quiet, restorative environment for all guests.

  • While staying with us, you’re within reach of American River’s cafes/restaurants, World renowned Cliffs Golf Course (coming soon), Dudley Wines, Pennington Bay & Penneshaw for all amenities.

  • Yes! The private beach is calm and perfect to swim at high tide with Island Beach only 5 minutes away being one of the best swimming beach’s on the Island. The best fishing is at Strawbridge Point at the end of the beach (10 minute walk) where you can fish directly into the channel for all estuary species.

  • Expect visits from kangaroo’s, wallaby’s, echidnas, and birdlife right on the property. At night, spot possums and enjoy a sky full of stars with no light pollution.

  • Partacoona was the perfect escape - peaceful, private, and beautifully designed. We loved the beach walks, sunset deck views and picked herbs from the garden. We''ll definitely be back"
